Taxes & Customs
All orders are shipped on a delivery duty paid basis. The cost of local sales taxes and import duties are calculated and displayed at checkout and will be included in the purchase price. Please note, there may be additional local duties or taxes. All such charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Personalised Products
Please allow an additional 3 - 5 working days for all personalised orders, this is in addition to our standard delivery times. Personalised items are non-returnable, and not eligible for express delivery.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are approximate and Strathberry cannot be held responsible for delays during busy periods, customs clearance delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. During sale and promotional periods, we advise allowing an additional 1-2 working days, this is in addition to our standard delivery times.
Express delivery is only eligible for UK orders.
Pre-order shipping dates are available on the product page, and at check-out. If your order includes an in-stock item, the in-stock item will ship within our standard delivery time.
Amendments & Shipping Notes
Strathberry are unable to amend any order details, including the delivery address, once the order has been placed, therefore please take care when entering your details. Please note that Strathberry are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom and are fully insured and tracked. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for the shipment.

Do I pay duties or import charges on delivery?

Extended returns on all orders placed from 1st November, until mid-Jan 2026.
All eligible orders placed from 01.11.25, have until 25.01.26 to submit a return request.
This includes full-price & discounted items, exclusions noted below.
Additional Information
Strathberry cannot be held responsible or liable if returned products are lost or misdirected in transit. In order to make sure your return reaches us safely, we strongly advise you use an insured and tracked service. We are unable to accept returned full price products that reach us more than 30 days after the original delivery date. Please do make sure that we can process your return quickly and easily by ensuring that all products are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Jewellery
We hope you enjoy your Strathberry jewellery piece for years to come, and have included a care guide online & with your recent purchase. We are unable to accept any returns for pierced jewellery (including earrings), except in cases where the item is faulty or received damaged & we have been notified within 30 days of original delivery date. Requests outside of this date for pierced jewellery will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In the unlikely event your item is faulty or damaged upon receiving, please get in touch with our team, support@helpall0rder.com. There is no warranty period, and all defected items will be assessed by our team.
Complimentary Gift
For orders placed during our complimentary gift promotional periods, the complimentary gift must be returned if the qualifying purchase is returned and refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Packaging & Care for Returns
We take great pride in providing luxury products of the highest quality, and work hard to make sure that these are beautifully wrapped and carefully packaged when they reach you.
Please pay special attention to the packing of any bags with a chain strap. When dispatched, we rigorously pack the chain in such a way that it does not mark the leather – we kindly ask that you do the same when returning the item to us, as we will not be able to issue a refund on damaged items.
Refunds
Refunds are expected to be processed within 14 days of delivery, and an email will be sent to confirm your return has been processed.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges at this time. If you would like to change the style you have ordered, you will need to return it, and we will issue a refund on the original order. A new order will then need to be placed.
Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Strathberry cannot guarantee how long it will take for a refund to show on your account, as this is controlled by the card issuer.
Faulty Items
All Strathberry products are skilfully handcrafted to the highest standards, but as with anything made by hand from natural materials, we know that on the rarest of occasions, faults can occur.
We always want to be there to assist you, so in the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault arises within a period of 12 months after the date of purchase, we are happy to either repair, replace or refund the item - at no additional cost to the purchaser.
Proof of purchase from strathberry.com or one of our standalone boutiques will be required, as all items purchased from one of our wholesale partners must be returned directly to them.
In cases of wear and tear, where a fault has occurred through general use, we ask that you get in touch to discuss whether a repair, at a cost to the purchaser, is possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How long does it take to receive a refund?

Sold Out Items
Whilst we endeavour to make stock available to all of our customers, at times there may be items that are out of stock. If the product you are interested in is sold out, you have the option to add your email to be notified of a restock. Add your email on the product page, selecting 'Email me when available', and you will receive an immediate notification once available to purchase.
Check Out
Products on Strathberry.com are sold on a first come, first served basis. Items in the cart are only reserved when you begin the checkout process, when the item will be reserved for 5 minutes to allow you to complete your purchase.

What is Strathberry Insider?
Strathberry Insider is our VIP programme. You can earn points on all your purchases and by completing certain actions such as following us on social media. As you earn points you will unlock exclusive perks and benefits. To find out more and join Strathberry Insider here.
I am shopping in a different currency. Can I still earn points?
Yes, you can. Please note that points are calculated based on the base GBP for the item you have purchased. You will be allocated points on this basis. Variances may occur with other currencies.
How do I sign up for the rewards program?
Simply create an account here and enter your name, email, and a password.
If you currently have an account with us, you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards programme so you can sign in and start earning points.
I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?
All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our Strathberry Insider programme and given the 50 points you would earn for creating a new account.
Where can I find all of my rewards account info?
The Strathberry Insider page is your hub for all your rewards and benefits. You can access Strathberry Insider here.
Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?
You will only receive points for purchases made after the go-live date of Strathberry Insider. Purchases made prior to this date are not valid for points earning. Going forwards, make sure you are logged in to your account when shopping to redeem your points.
Can I combine orders made using different email addresses?
Contact customer service by emailing support@helpall0rder.com and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.
Do my points and tier expire?
Rewards points and tiers earnt will expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Any action that earns you points (like making a purchase or leaving a review) or redeeming your existing points will keep you active in the program. If you haven't been active for nearly a year, we'll email you a reminder a month before your points expire.
How is my VIP tier determined?
Your VIP tier is determined by the amount you spend on strathberry.com in one year.
When you create an account, you will automatically be part of our Insider tier and eligible for exclusive benefits. To reach: support@helpall0rder.com.
Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks through the rest of the current calendar year as well as the following calendar year. As you move up in the VIP Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.
What products can I receive discount on using my Strathberry Insider rewards?
Your Strathberry Insider discount codes may be used across our entire full-price product range. They can not be used in conjunction with any other sale, discount or promotion.
What happens to my points if I return my order?
If you earn points on a purchase and later decide to return that item or items, the points corresponding to the returned item(s) will be deducted from your points balance.
Your Strathberry Insider Tier will be determined by the amount spent after returns—if you moved into a higher tier with your most recent purchase but decide to return that order, your status will revert to your previous tier until you make your next qualifying purchase.
I signed up for the Birthday discount but I didn’t receive it.
Happy Birthday! In order for you to receive your birthday discount on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday.
If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30-day waiting period, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up.
All successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your birthday. If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year.
